PPE develops Perlast® G77X

Precision Polymer Engineering (PPE) has developed Perlast® G77X – a perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) sealing material combining high temperature performance with an exceptional low compression set.
Perlast® G77X has been engineered for long term performance and durability in a range of critical applications, including chemical processing, aerospace, and in mechanical seals. The material can be moulded into O-rings and custom shapes.
PPE has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by equipment manufacturers and operators in critical high temperature applications. This knowledge feeds into the development of innovative material grades like Perlast® G77X, which deliver long term sealing performance under temperature extremes while demonstrating industry-leading low compression set. PPE is always working to develop better performing sealing materials to help customers find those marginal gains in performance, reliability, or economy. The expansion of the Perlast® family with Perlast® G77X is just the latest example.
