The new 1270-857 Series Pneumatic vertical handle-mounted Kiss dispense valve from Sealant Equipment & Engineering is suitable for dispensing low- to high-viscosity 1-component adhesives, sealants and lubricant materials. The manual valve is used in repetitive fluid dispensing applications where operators dispense beads or drops of material in adhesive bonding or component sealing applications. The valve assembly consists of a Kiss fluid dispense valve (either Snuf-Bak, No-Drip or Tip-Seal) a 4-way pneumatic valve to start and stop fluid flow, a mounting bracket for attaching to a tool balance and a low-force trigger for the operator. The trigger grip is designed to reduce trigger pull effort and increase operator grip comfort. The Kiss valve is designed to dispense viscous materials such as polyurethane, silicone, heat cure mastics, PVC’s and grease. Material is delivered to the Kiss dispense valve by either a metering assembly or under regulated pressure from supply tanks or pumps available from Sealant Equipment & Engineering Inc.
