Humphrey Products Co. has launched its 410M Series manifolds designed to accommodate the company’s standard 310/410 Series inline pneumatic valves. This new design enables mounting both 3-way and 4-way valves on the same manifold, with the 310 Series mounting orientation determining the normally closed or normally open function. Manifolds are available in 2, 4, 6, 8 or 12 station lengths. The manifold contains two galleys, one is common media supply port and the other is a common vent/exhaust port. Isolator plugs permit isolation of the galleys for separation of pressure, media or exhaust. Other accessories include manifold station block-off plates, a separate air supply plate, electrical sockets, valve mounting kit, DIN rail clips and a separate 12-station control board that simplifies electrical connections between valves and/or sensors. Humphrey 310 Series valves have a 0.12CV; the 410 Series valves have a 0.14CV. Both valves are rated for air and inert gas from vacuum at 28in Hg to 125psig. The continuous duty coil has a power consumption of 4.0wtts and is available in a range of AC and DC voltages. A push, non-locking manual override is standard. The 410 Series valves have built-in flow controls to save space, weight and the additional cost of external flow controls.
