Designed for use with differential-pressure transmitters, Noshok’s new five-valve manifold employs two isolation valves, two equalizing valves, and a vent valve for use in natural gas applications. Backed by a three-year warranty, the manifolds are available in block, single flange or double flange connections for remote or direct installation. The manifold bodies are machined from cold drawn extrusion. Valves are 100% Helium leak tested to 1 x 10-4ml/s. The valves are available in hard seat, soft seat/tip, and soft seat models. The 5530 soft seat version features a 3/8in orifice. Soft seat design has a 6000PSI pressure rating at 200F. The valve is comprised of a replaceable Delrin seat and straight-through porting for bi-directional, high capacity flow and easy roddable cleaning. A blow-out proof stem provides a secondary stem seal in the full-open position.
