Trillium recently supplied Batley Hyperseal double offset butterfly valves in a range of sizes to a client for use in exhaust air system.
The valve shown in the picture is a 900mm (36”) valve with single acting quarter turn actuator fitted with instruments for on/off isolation service. The valve incorporates mounting feet so it can be secured onto foundations on site and features Xylan coating of the entire surface of the disc and internal bore of the body for corrosion protection.
This project is a great example of the bespoke butterfly valves that Trillium can supply to meet customer’s specific installation and application challenges.
