STATS Group appoints new US chief

STATS Group, renowned for its expertise in pipeline technology, has named Jamie Frederick as the President of its US operations, signaling a strategic move to bolster expansion efforts in the American market.

With a promising start to 2024 and the successful completion of its inaugural project in California, Frederick, based in Houston, anticipates abundant growth opportunities for STATS’ cutting-edge pipeline isolation technologies, hot-tapping capabilities, and patented line-stopping solutions across the United States.

Since its establishment in Aberdeen, Scotland, in 1998, STATS Group has been a trusted provider of specialized engineering services for the maintenance, integrity, and repair of oil, gas, and petrochemical installations.

Over the past decade, STATS has executed noteworthy isolation projects, deploying its high-integrity Remote Tecno Plug and BISEP technology for leading US midstream operators and offshore clients in regions such as the Gulf of Mexico and Latin America.
