PVI Holdings has officially rebranded as Vytl Controls Group, unifying its subsidiaries—A-T Controls, Setpoint Integrated Solutions, Valsource, and W&O—under a single identity. This strategic move aims to enhance cross-company integration and reflects the company’s investment in providing comprehensive flow control solutions across various industries.
According to CEO Matt Bate, the rebranding signifies a commitment to delivering essential services and technical solutions to critical sectors. He stated, “We have invested in best-in-class talent, technology, and tools to ensure we are positioned for the future.”
Each subsidiary will now append “a Vytl Company” to its name, highlighting their collective resources and engineering expertise. Notably, W&O, a supplier of pipe, valves, fittings, and engineered solutions to the maritime and upstream oil & gas industries, expanded its reach by acquiring GMS Instruments in June 2024. With the rebrand, GMS Instruments will adopt the W&O, a Vytl Company name. Additionally, EMI (formerly Engine Monitor, Inc.) and Valve Automation and Control of San Diego (VAC) will join the marine practice under the W&O brand.
Vytl Controls Group specializes in designing, manufacturing, distributing, and repairing high-quality valves, actuators, and instrumentation products. Their teams of technical experts collaborate closely with customers and distributors to deliver tailored solutions that prioritize operational efficiency and safety.
