Malema, a brand of PSG, a Dover company, and provider of flow measurement and control instruments for the semiconductor and industrial sectors, has announced the global launch of the Malema™ M-3100 Series Clamp-On Ultrasonic Flow Meter. Designed for precise fluid velocity measurement in liquid-filled closed conduits, the M-3100 Series is a high-performance, non-invasive ultrasonic transit-time flow measurement system, ideal for demanding semiconductor applications.
The system combines the M-3100T Transmitter with the M-3150S Clamp-On Ultrasonic Flow Sensor, allowing installation on a closed conduit without disrupting flow. This non-invasive design eliminates leakage and contamination risks.
Equipped with advanced non-contact sensors, the M-3100 Series delivers highly reliable measurement accuracy of ±2% and repeatability of ±1%. Its compact DIN rail mount design supports analog and digital output options, including RS-485 Modbus communication, and can be configured easily via the Malema GUI software.
Available in 1/4″, 3/8″, and 1/2″ sizes, the M-3100 Series suits a wide range of semiconductor applications with minimal footprint, including CMP, cooling systems, ECD, electroless deposition, laser equipment, solar PV equipment, track tools, wet clean, wet process, and chemical distribution systems.
