KLINGER Spain has announced the acquisition of two leading sealing solutions companies: Productos Salinas and Juntas Besma. This strategic move strengthens KLINGER’s presence in the Spanish market and expands its product portfolio, delivering enhanced value to customers and partners.
Productos Salinas, known for its expertise in customized sealing products, adds an extensive product range to KLINGER, including industrial gaskets, rubbers, engineered mechanized profiles, and the exclusive Vulkollan® polyurethane under license from Covestro in Spain. Juntas Besma complements this acquisition with strong commercial reach, particularly in the Basque Country, supplying sealing products from well-known brands.
The acquisition also enables KLINGER Spain to enter new industry segments, including renewable energy (wind power) and OEMs across multiple sectors, broadening the company’s market opportunities and reinforcing its leadership in sealing solutions.
