Honeywell trades through Industria
Honeywell Industrial Controls plans to sell relevant instrumentation and electrical equipment via process industry e-marketplace Industria Solutions. Honeywell also operates its own plant equipment e-marketplace, MyPlant.com. With Industria, the company feels it has an opportunity to expand its reach through an extremely efficient sales channel. Honeywell believes Industria will help bring its products to a wider cross-section of customers, both in the US and globally. It also sees these types of linkages as a natural compliment to its solutions businesses, such as Honeywell Global Services, Hi-Spec Solutions and MyPlant.com.
