Parker Instrumentation has acquired Ives Valves, an international manufacturer of industrial flow control technology. The move adds a broad line of manifolds and valves for flow and pressure instrumentation applications to Parker’s range, enhancing the company’s ability to deliver turnkey packages and solutions to industrial instrumentation OEMs, and oil & gas exploration and production projects. The acquisition includes Ives Valves’ intellectual property and product designs, manufacturing equipment including several CNC machines, and goodwill. The design, manufacture and support for Ives Valves will now be located at Parker’s recently refurbished headquarters in Barnstaple, UK.
