The ARCA Group is extending its presence in the Asian market by commencing a co-operation agreement with the Japanese valve manufacturer TOA Valve, located near Osaka. TOA produces On/Off and Safety Valves for the local power and process industry and is a long-term supplier for the nuclear power market. The company will start selling ARCA’s advanced control valves in the Japanese market under the trademark of TOA ARCA.
In August 2001 Mr. Sasaki (President TOA) and Dr. Kaspers (President ARCA Group) signed a co-operation agreement between both companies. ARCA will concentrate on establishing an intense partnership and a profitable business with TOA.
