Crane Co has announced the acquisition of NH Valves, a Newman Hattersley Canada Ltd company, by Crane Canada, a Crane Co. company. The acquisition will become part of the Crane Valves North America division of Crane Co.’s Fluid Handling Group. Crane Canada’s purchase only applies to the NH Valves distribution business. The Newman Hattersley Nuclear Valve manufacturing business is not included or affected in any way.
Tony Favilla, Director of Sales Commercial Products, will be responsible for the expanded sales organisation in Canada, which will result from the integration of this business into CVNA. Brantford Operations Manager, Fred Koch, will be responsible for the manufacturing and supply of the NH product.
