To cater for the rapid increasing demand of modern drilling mud system, Neway developed the Series GA mud valves, which are designed with of double action thread rising stem, solid gate, resilient seat assembly, easy & simple on-line removable bonnet and double o-ring seal, the features are to make proposal for mud, cerement, fracturing and water services. The design and development of NEWAY series GA mud valves were carried out by a team of engineers assisted by the latest Computer Aided Design equipment. They analysed specially the important parts-body, bonnet and resilient seat assembly by means of finite element analysis of I-Deas software. This innovation of design and development not only reduce the duration of the series valve development, but also decrease the development cost and improve product nature quality as well. On the other hand, the raw casting material of this series valves was provided by Neway own foundry, moreover, all parts are machined by CNC equipment in order to ensure each size precise, and thread connection end were especially 100% inspected by thread gauge.
