Spanish industrial valve manufacturer Lazaro Ituarte Internacional has won a contract to supply material valves for a project in Brazil. Norwegian engineering company Aker Kvaerner selected Lazaro Ituarte Internacional for the floating production storage and off-loading unit P54, Roncador Field Development Project. The equipment will be supplied to the subsidiary Kvaerner process systems before the ship is installed at the Roncador field in the Campos Basin offshore Brazil. Petrobras is the operator on the field and the total contract value for the Roncador project is approximately USD 25 million. The types of valves for this project range from ANSI Class 150 to 300 in super duplex material and stainless steel CF8M.
