The Supervisory Board of the pumps and valves manufacturer KSB has appointed Mr Heinz-Jürgen Otto (56) to the Board of Management. He will join KSB AG and take over the position of Chairman of the Board of Management on 1 April 2006. In this function he will replace Mr Peter Schubert, who had been released from the Supervisory Board to take on this position on 5 July 2005. With the international experience of the new Chairman of the Board, KSB aims to extend global cooperation in the Group and to increase the focus on new growth markets. In addition to his position as Chairman, Mr Heinz-J Otto will also take on the function of Human Resources Director.
