Storm Industries Inc., a private diversified holding company with interests in manufacturing and real estate, has secured a joint venture partnership with a valve manufacturer based in China, to create a new trading company. In this partnership, the Chinese manufacturer will provide a broader line of industrial brass fittings and valves to be sold into the US. The enhanced product line will compliment Storm Industries’ F.C. Kingston brand of products, making the company more competitive in the US market. The joint venture will allow Storm Industries to become more efficient in its outsourcing efforts, reduce lead times on orders and allow the company to consolidate overseas orders to maximize freight efficiency.
