NSF Stainless steel valves

ASCO has introduced its NSF Stainless steel valves. These solenoid valves carry National Sanitary Foundation (NSF) 61 and 169 approvals, permitting their use in both potable water or food service applications. In addition, these valves are also accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the Standards Council of Canada (SCC). The NSF Stainless Steel 8256/8356 series valves can be used in any application where a valve is needed to control consumables such as potable water. This includes food service and ice making equipment, vegetable misters and sprayers, beverage dispensers, water purification and conditioning systems, animal feeding equipment, automatic faucets, humidification systems, and dental equipment. The new valve family comes in 2-way and 3-way constructions with 316 stainless steel bodies. This stainless steel design ensures that strict NSF standards for minimizing lead leaching are met.
