Suitable for load-sensing spool valves, Hawe Hydraulics has released its LHDV load holding valves. The LHDV load holding valves feature damping equipment and a throttle device that self-adjusts to any alterations to load conditions. Optional shock and shuttle valves with or without a bypass are also available. The LHDV load holding valves act on the return flow side of double-acting actuators and will block the return flow according to set pressure. This is normally about 15% above maximum load pressure. By acting on and blocking the different flows, the LHDV load holding valves will generate counter force to push loads.
