Bonney Forge’s core products include gate, globe and check valves ranging in sizes from 6mm to 50mm with pressure ratings from 150-4500lbs. Bonney Forge valves are available in a variety of materials ranging from carbon steel, stainless steel, alloys and titanium. Pressure sealed valves are tailored for application in high pressure and high temperature environments including power stations. Bonney Forge now manufactures these valves in sizes from 25mm to 300mm. The company’s fast track facility adds further value by providing a unique service based upon the newly created workshop in Bergamo which holds separate machining centres and assembly areas for urgently required valves. The site covers 23,400sq/m and has doubled in size in the last 5 years. This facility includes a wide range of automated machines that allow for the manufacture of over 100,000 valves per month and is supported by a comprehensive testing facility for all classes of valves including cryogenic valves.
