The Chairman and CEO of Valvitalia S.p.A., Salvatore Ruggeri, has signed the acquisition of Broady Flow Control Ltd. Broady Flow Control Ltd has, for more than 100 years, been a manufacturer of safety relief valves for oil, gas and power industry as well as specialist valves for the defense industry. Furthermore, Broady operates an aluminium bronze foundry producing high integrity castings to the exacting standards of the Global Defense Sector. Valvitalia will have in Hull an operational base dedicated to serving the North Sea market.
