Krohne’s new Tidalflux 4300 and Waterflux 3070 electromagnetic flowmeters have been designed to measure the volumetric flowrate of electrically conductive liquids in partially filled pipelines. The Tidalflux 4300 is combined with a capacitive flow-level measuring system, built into the wall of the measuring tube, providing accurate flow measurements in partially filled pipelines, with levels between 10% and 100% of the pipe cross-section. For line sizes of 1in to 24in, the Waterflux 3070 is suitable for line sizes of 1in to 24in and comes with a 15-year battery life. The device also has the option of a GSM module for remote transmission of measurement data and status information. The meter can be installed in very narrow wells and chambers.
