Peter Paul Electronics Co. has announced liquid poured potting for its line of Series E50, explosion-proof, stainless steel solenoid valves. This permits the valves to conform with NEMA 6 corrosion-resistant, submergible specifications and complements the line of NEMA 4X Series corrosion-resistant, waterproof E50 products. Series E50 valves are offered with DC or AC power, in port sizes from 1/32” to 1/8” NPT, with pressure ratings from 0 to 500 PSI. Seals of BUNA, FKM, FFKM, EPDM, Neoprene® and TEFLON® are available and compatible with most media. Models include: ; 2-way normally closed; 2-way normally open; 3-way normally open; 3-way normally closed with either piped exhaust or exhaust to atmosphere; 3-way normally open; 3-way directional control and 3-way multi-purpose.
