Valve automation specialist Automated Valve & Controls (AVC) has doubled the size of its facility and relocated to Market Street in Houston, Texas. With an additional 16,000 sq/ft in the new 30,000 sq/ft facility, AVC has expanded its overhead crane-lift capabilities to handle larger jobs and increased its overall operating inventory. AVC’s expertise in handling more specialized automation projects, such as multi-turn and linear actuation projects, is aided by the ability to now stage more products and systems for increased efficiency in construction and delivery. AVC offers complete CAD design, installation/assembly, calibration and repair capabilities and designs and fabricates actuator mounting hardware for actuator valve assemblies or application. They can also complete the conversion of manual valves into custom automated valve systems per any customer specifications.
