EPC Offshore has contracted Andrew Palmer & Associates, Penspen Group’s offshore business division, to assist Ithaca Energy’s Greater Stella Area (GSA) development in the UK central North Sea. Penspen will provide subsea front-end engineering design (FEED) services to EPC for pipelines and infrastructure to maximize oil and gas production from the Stella, Harrier, and Hurricane fields. Stella and Harrier fields are in block 30/6a, 280km east-southeast of Aberdeen in a water depth of roughly 85m. Hurricane is in block 29/10b, 10km west of Stella.
