Penspen Group, Andrew Palmer & Associates’ Offshore business stream has been contracted to provide the Front End Engineering Design (FEED) for EPC Offshore Ltd (EPC) in support of Ithaca Energy’s Greater Stella Area (GSA) Development. Under the terms of agreement, Penspen will provide subsea FEED services to EPC for pipelines and infrastructure to maximise the oil and gas production of the Stella, Harrier and Hurricane fields in the Central North Sea.
The Stella and Harrier fields are located in the Central North Sea within UKCS Block 30/6a, 280km east-southeast of Aberdeen in a water depth of approximately 85m. The Hurricane field lies in UKCS Block 29/10b, approximately 10km west of the Stella field.
