The SAMSON group has completed the takeover of Ringo Válvulas in Zaragoza, Spain. Because of the takeover, SAMSON’s product range has been extended to include large valves with high-pressure ratings suitable for the oil and gas sector, power stations as well as the chemical and petrochemical industries.
Ringo Válvulas develops and produces ball valves, control valves, globe valves, choke valves, gate valves, check valves and butterfly valves. Additional products in the company’s portfolio include special valves, such as subsea valves and double block and bleed valves.
