Seven types of check valves enhance Val-Matic’s line to meet varying applications. Tilted Disc, Swing-Flex, Surgebuster, Swing Check, Dual Disc, Silent Check and Foot Valves are designed for dependability no matter the media, from potable water to abrasive slurries and even corrosive chemicals. They are designed with expanded bodies and smooth flow paths to assure the lowest headloss available for each valve type. Their closing characteristics have been carefully engineered to minimise the slamming potential. Components such as valve discs are stabilised under flow conditions to maximise performance and minimise wear. All Val-Matic Check Valves are NSF/ANSI 372 Certified Lead-Free by WQA.
