COOPER certifies 2 West Coast service centres

COOPER Valves certified two service and repair centres in California. Both facilities, operated by Emerson Fisher Lifecycle Services, are designed to maintain end-user up time for COOPER Valves’ clients in the region. The two facilities have been certified to service and repair Accuseal® Metal Seated Ball Valves.

“It is important for us to be able to provide an exceptional level of service for our customers. With the addition of these two certified regional service centres, we are able to provide the level of support necessary to ensure every COOPER® product has a positive impact on the user’s bottom line. As part of our push towards expanding our customer service capabilities we are looking at the possibility of certifying several more service and repair facilities throughout the country”, said Doug Jones, president of COOPER Valves.

Becoming a COOPER® certified service and repair centre is a rigorous process. COOPER® quality assurance and engineering teams carefully select only the most qualified facilities that meet their standards in capabilities, processes and customer service. Selected facilities are then required to go through a full product and procedure training process before becoming certified.
