James Fisher and Sons completed the acquisition of Mojo Maritime (MML) a specialist provider of project management, engineering and consultancy services to the offshore industry.
MML is a specialist provider of consultancy and design services in the offshore renewable energy sector. Founded in Falmouth by CEO Richard Parkinson, the company has focused on consultancy services, marine operations, engineering and research and development. It has been involved in foundation design, installation methodology and project planning as well as design and development of products aimed at reducing risk and cost of working offshore, some of which have been protected. Nick Henry, CEO of James Fisher, said: “The acquisition of Mojo will strengthen our expertise and abilities in servicing the offshore renewables sector. We are delighted to welcome Richard and his team to our Group.”
