The EP Series Electromagnetic Flowmeter from Heinrichs Messtechnik, a member of the KOBOLD Group, is great for measuring the volume flow of liquids, slurries, pastes, and other electrically conductive media without any pressure drop. The EP is also suitable for use in harsh environments.
With pulse, status, and current output, as well as HART® communication, you always have a full overview of the sensor’s performance and measurement certainty. All outputs are galvanically separated. Pressure, temperature, density and viscosity do not affect the volume measurements. Lining materials include hard rubber, soft rubber and PTFE. Rilsan® and Wagunit® linings, which are designed for hygienic applications and for drinking-water applications are also available. Electrode materials include Stainless Steel, Hastelloy®, platinum, tantalum, or titanium. For easy installation, grounding electrodes are also available as an option.
