Colson X-Cel will be exhibiting their new range of MP and HP needle valves with working pressures up to 60,000psi at the Offshore Europe 2015.
Along with the standard 4 turn operated valves will be the new patented design needle valve that requires only 1 1/2 turns to fully open minimising the risk of seat erosion and aiding the operators to open and close the valve under pressure.
This unique design is revolutionary to the MP market and gaining huge global interest. A subsea version is also being developed and will be available in 2016 after finalizing the PR2 testing.
Colson X-Cel also manufactures a wide range of fittings, adaptors/couplings and check valves. Its new ball valve range up to 20,000 psi working pressure will be available in late 2015.
