The newly launched EBV105 water shutoff controller from HPACr solutions is easy to install and configure. No special tools or plumbing is required. The included clamp supports installation on 
to standard ball valves in 5 sizes. The device is Z-Wave certified and pairs as a generic switch with most standard Z-Wave controllers. When used in combination with water sensors, the EBV105 can be configured as an automatic shut off when a water leak is detected.
