This acquisition complements both AVK and VCW Brazil product lines, offering different types of gate, butterfly and check valves matching the Brazilian standards to better meet and exceed customers’ needs.
As part of the AVK Group, both companies will supply extensive range of products and expertise on valves, hydrants, couplings, tapping saddles, fittings and accessories.
Cloves Pissutti, VanderleiCarvalho and Paulo Segura, founders and business directors will remain partners and manage the business as usual.
