This includes a brighter, open environment with a less imposing trade counter to remove the physical barriers between customers and employees. The new retail branch offers integrated office areas that allow team members to greet and serve customers either on the shop floor, or in an exclusive meeting area for in-depth consultation.
The store provides the customer with a range of fast-moving stock, trade essentials and seasonal items that are available for immediate selection. To complete its attentive and premium customer service, customers may take advantage of free coffee and water in a comfortable seating environment whilst selecting products they need.
