Rotarex SA announced that it will exhibit at SEMICON Europa 2017 to feature its industry-leading ultra-high purity gas cylinder valves and new, durable and lightweight UHP line valves.
Rotarex was the first to design, develop and manufacture a premium quality cylinder valve with the required level of purity, compatibility, safety and durability for UHP applications. SEMICON Europa attendees can visit the Rotarex booth to see its comprehensive range of premium quality UHP valves that are the choice of 9 out of 10 producers of UHP gas.
Rotarex will also feature its M4SI EVO / M8SI EVO line valves. These valves have been optimized for easy use. A shorter stem has reduced the height and a compact, ergonomic hand wheel has improved handling. High performance has been ensured through an encapsulated PTFE seat that significantly reduces micro particle contamination in the gas stream.
Rotarex has applied the same quality and engineering excellence used in its cylinder valves to produce a complete line of UHP equipment that includes pressure regulators, line valves, gas fittings and connectors.
