President and CEO of REXA, Sam Lalos, announced his plans to retire effective the end of the calendar year 2017. During his 40 plus years in the industrial process control equipment manufacturing field, Sam succeeded in numerous technical, business management and executive functions, demonstrating outstanding business judgement and organization building skills. During the past five years as President and CEO, Sam effectively guided REXA through challenging market conditions.
Geoff Hynes has been appointed President & CEO effective January 1, 2018.
