This latest round of capital investment is estimated at USD 67.8M and will increase current warehouse space by 30%, increase production capacity, and is projected to add 92 new jobs to Noblesville in the next five years. The new warehouse will be located adjacent to the existing 1.6 MSF corporate headquarters which will then be dedicated to a shared manufacturing, engineering and corporate office space currently employing over 1,000 people.

The corporate campus will serve as the primary North American engineering, manufacturing and distribution center for SMC’s vast offerings of industrial automation components such as: pneumatic valves, actuators, filters, fittings and tubing, as well as electrical pressure/flow sensors, electric actuators and thermal control products.

This construction marks SMC’s fourth capital investment project in ten years at its Noblesville corporate campus.
