ZFValves has developed a metal bracelet butterfly valve, which is also known as all-metal seal butterfly valve, to overcome the various shortcomings of ordinary Triple offset metal to metal seat butterfly valve. The valve features a sealing ring entirely made of metal. Also, there is no PTFE, graphite, rubber, asbestos or other non-metallic materials used. This helps when the valve is full open or partially open, because the seal ring will not damage caused by high-speed fluid erosion. All these factors contribute to a long term valve performance.
Being made of metal, the butterfly valve can easily withstand high temperature (≤ 800 ℃), low temperature (≥-196), high pressure(≤ PN260 / Class 1500), corrosive and other harsh conditions.
At present, ZFValves can produce triple offset metal to metal seated butterfly valves in specifications ranging from DN80-500, NPS3-20, and pressure ranges PN6-25,150LB-300LB.
