Wouter Witzel supplies DN 1200 double flanged butterfly valves for transmission lines. For several large sized projects in the GCC, many DN 1200 centric butterfly valves will be supplied with the new, improved valve design.
The valves will be used in water transmission lines and the shaft-disc connection will be with a hexagon. The disc itself will be streamlined, without ribs and therefore have an excellent KV-value and low-pressure drop.
The disc will also be provided with a profiled and smooth edge securing the lowest and reliable torque. This improved valve design combined with our high quality bonded rubber lining offers the end-user a very economical total cost of ownership.
