The Georgia Department of Economic Development (GDEcD) has reviewed the GLOBE Award application that you submitted on behalf of Valtorc International. According to the information that was provided in the application, Valtorc International has met the criteria for a GLOBE Award by having had export sales in at least one new international market in 2019.
Valtorc International, along with the other GLOBE Awardees, will receive official recognition by the Governor at the Georgia State Capitol. Awardees will receive their 2019 GLOBE Award certificates at the event. The reception provides a unique opportunity to network with fellow exporters and awardees.
Approximately 75% of the winners are small businesses with 100 employees or less. GLOBE winners collectively expanded their sales into 84 new countries and territories during 2019. Some of the more active markets include Colombia, Canada and the United Kingdom. Six of the 2019 GLOBE winners were first time exporters.
