Aleron Group’s partnership deal with Blue Logic

Fast-growing subsea remotely operated vehicle (ROV), tooling and equipment specialist Aleron Group has agreed on a partnership deal with Norway-based connector specialist Blue Logic.

Aleron, based just outside Aberdeen, in Scotland, will provide the UK North Sea subsea market with a service hub for Blue Logic’s subsea technologies, which provide interfaces for subsea ROV operations to deliver fluid, power or as a mechanical service.

The move will mean more customers gain faster access and support for Blue Logic’s patented interface technologies, including its patented Valve Stab. Combining a Hot Stab and Ball Valve in one, the Valve Stab range simplifies subsea operations, reduces cost and time on task and increases safety Zero spill connection all without limiting flow when fully opened.

Aleron and Blue Logic’s partnership agreement was announced ahead of this year’s annual Subsea Expo conference and exhibition in Aberdeen, which is expected to reflect a positive outlook for the subsea industry. It’s a sentiment Aleron agrees with as it continues to build its offering, following on recent management team growth and the acquisition of IMPAQ Ltd. just two months ago.

Aleron Group was established in 2009, as Aleron Subsea, and has since built on its founders’ decades of experience in remotely operated vehicle operations and tooling to challenge conventional thinking and offer responsive, efficient and fit for purpose solutions. The group now comprises of Aleron Subsea, ROVQUIP and IMPAQ Technologies.
