It is powered with the breakthrough technology of the EnviZion Valve, the BioviZion Valve is uniquely designed with the BioPharm Industry in mind. Its ultra-compact valve design – ¼ – ½” – addresses critical reliability needs of sampling and low flow bioprocess applications.
Other key features of BioviZion Valve include: Mechanical thermal compensation system – a sealing force is constantly applied to prevent external leaking over a range of temperatures; Quick change bonnet – reduction of valve maintenance by 10 times compared to conventional valves; High strength stainless steel studs—small fasteners prone to galling, breaking and misplacement have been eliminated; and Patented diaphragm stud – diaphragm installation is simple, quick and reliable and can be completed in approximately three minutes.
