ValvTechnologies, the manufacturer of zero-leakage, severe service isolation valve solutions, announced the launch of a Coronavirus Crisis Service Hotline to ensure customers continue to receive service support during the global pandemic.
ValvTechnologies has always been committed to ensuring its global network of customers maintains peak valve performance. Our experienced, factory-trained field service engineers and technicians can troubleshoot, diagnose and repair the valve and actuator-related problems not only in ValvTechnologies’ products but other manufacturers as well. With sales, service and authorized repair centers around the world, ValvTechnologies is uniquely positioned to dispatch a service engineer to the customer’s site to address any service or repair challenge that may arise within 24 hours of the request.
The world, however, has rapidly changed and how we do business must also change, at least temporarily. ValvTechnologies recognizes that the best-case scenario – dispatching a service professional on-site within hours to solve problems, answer questions and provide guidance – is essentially impossible in these uncertain times. To address this uncertainty but continue to provide the best-in-class service and support we always have, ValvTechnologies has developed a 24-hour Corona Crisis Service Hotline to be used by our global customers.
When you call this hotline, on the other end of the phone is a service engineer who has full access to past order information, drawings, BOMs, work instructions and all other data and information necessary to provide comprehensive technical assistance over the phone or via video conference. This engineer will troubleshoot and diagnose a valve or actuator problem, and walk the caller through a repair, step-by-step. When deemed essential, service may dispatch support to the site to address unplanned shutdowns and emergencies.
