The Beric Valve web site www.bericvalves.com will continue to operate separately to help with immediate FAQs and quotes but will be under the leadership of the IV’s team.
The purchase of this North American leader in API valves will not change any of Industrial Valco’s other valve relationships, who are focused on the AML marketplace.
