ABO Valve opens new clean assembly room for precision valve production

ABO Valve is investing in state-of-the-art facilities to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and quality. The company’s new Clean Assembly Room is designed for producing valves for the most demanding applications, including oxygen, silicone-free (PWIS-free), and cryogenic services.

The facility features a specialized air handling unit capable of exchanging 15 room volumes of air per hour, fully filtered through HEPA filters. This setup allows certification according to ISO 14644, providing a fully controlled environment for the assembly and testing of precision valve components.

To complement the clean room, ABO Valve will install advanced equipment, including a large ultrasonic cleaning line for deep component cleaning, removing oil, silicone, and other contaminants, as well as a special oil-free testing bench to ensure valves are tested in a completely contamination-free environment.
