Kitz Corporation of Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (KAP), subsidiary of KITZ Corporation (Japan) as regional head quarter of ASEAN region, has recently completed the purchase of 100% share of Mikuni Engineering (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. As a result of this transaction, the company is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of KAP.
Established since 1981, Mikuni Engineering (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. isthe exclusive distributor for KITZ brand products and has grown into one of the leading valve supplier in Singapore dedicated to provide service to the hydrocarbon processing industry including petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical, and many others.
