From fabricating valve jackets to cryogenic modifications and testing, they know that customers expect fast delivery times without any compromise on quality. Adanac employees recently proved themselves again when approached by a major global supplier of industrial gases.
The request concerned fully extractable gate and globe valves, which are vital components in the manufacture of cold box assemblies. Once the box has been installed the cost to access these valves can be an eye watering figure! Therefore reliable access to quality valves is paramount to manufacturers of this equipment. When their original supplier went out of business, the company needed to find a new suppler in a hurry and turned to Adanac.
All staff pulled together to quickly design and manufacture these valves and in fact the first batch were supplied on a four-week turnaround. A timescale that exceeded the customer’s expectations and – importantly – helped them to supply their own finished product without incurring any penalty charges.
Despite the urgency of this requirement Adanac were able to provide all the valves on time and at very competitive prices, which has since lead to repeat orders.
