AGR appoints new VP of Well Management

Bill Fletcher, formerly Operations Manager at Senergy for four years, has been appointed Vice President of Well Management for UK and West Africa, succeeding Ian Burdis who is now the Executive Vice President for UK, West Africa and Asia Pacific.

Bill holds a BSc (Eng) Honours degree from the University of Aberdeen and is a practised Well Engineering and Well Construction professional with 33 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry.

He has worked in management roles in operations and engineering for a variety of operators including Chevron, Hess, Elf and Talisman, and has also worked previously with specialist well management and integrated services providers Senergy and Baker Hughes.

Bill has an exceptional track record in the formation and development of well delivery project teams and in the development of the systems and processes required to deliver effective well construction performance.
