Allied Fitting LP, a subsidiary of the Allied Group and Allied International, has acquired Warren Alloy Valve & Fitting Co. L.P. Both companies are headquartered in Houston, Texas and are industrial distributors of fittings and flanges. Allied focuses on carbon steel products while Warren is a distributor of stainless and specialty metal products. Warren also provides its own line of valves as well as special alloy pipe and tubing to its industrial clients.
